2. MOVING PERMIT

   Please make sure you check with the Highway Department and Rogers Police Department to obtain proper protocol and the route by which the structure will be moved out of the city limits. Please fill form out completely and submit. A permit tech will contact you once the application has been entered and is ready to be paid. Payments can be made over the phone with a credit card but a 2.55% (or minimum of $2) service fee will apply.

48. The contractor will be responsible for contacting the Risk Reduction office for inspection of structure and site, along with all other parties, prior to moving the structure from the site. The contractor is also responsible for terminating all utilities as required by the utility companies and the Risk Reduction office. Complete terminations no more than 3 days after structure has been moved.
52. This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced with six months, or if construction of work is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months at any time after work is commenced. I hereby certify that I have read and examined this application and know the same to be true and correct. All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work will be complied with whether specified herein or not. The granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any other state or local law regulation construction or the performance of construction.
