    This will be required prior to the issuance of a demolition permit if the structure you are demolishing is commercial or if it is residential and being demoed for new commercial construction.

This permit becomes null and void if work or construction authorized is not commenced with six months, or if construction of work is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months at any time after work is commenced. The granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any other state or local law regulation construction or the performance of construction.
