Yes, in certain circumstances a smaller bin can be provided. For example, if there is a disabled or elderly person with very little trash. They can apply for a smaller bin, must provide a drivers license or State ID and the request must be approved by the Water Department. The can sizes available are: 96, 64 or 32 gallon rolling carts.
