Battalion Chief of Training, he joined the Rogers Fire Department in 2003. He has serviced the community as a career firefighter and volunteer in Northwest Arkansas for over 25 years.
He was promoted to his current position in October 2022. Prior to the promotion, He proudly worked at the busiest firehouse in the city, Station 4.
In his current role, he directs all training operations at our training center. This includes everything from assisting with the design of the Annual Training Plan to hands-on training on the grounds with the crews.
He completed his Associate of Sciences degree with Northwest Arkansas Community College in 2002. In 2011 He graduated Cum Laude from Columbia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science – Fire Science.
He was accredited by CPSE as a (CFO) Chief Fire Officer in 2023. Currently, He is completing his Master of Public Administration with a completion year of 2024.
