Mt. Hebron road will be closed beginning June 6th and continuing through August 26th. The contractor will do what they can to keep the road passable after the 19th, but there will still be paving to do. The purpose is to build the roundabout at Garrett Rd. / Mt. Hebron Rd. and keep the road project in line with the park opening timeline. You can follow the project along with timelines and current action items with the link below.
If you would like to be notified of upcoming road closures, you can sign up for Street Closing Notifications on our website.
The Mt. Hebron Park project is being built on a 70+ acre plot of land and will bring a community center to this area of Rogers as the first major park on the west side of town. With much of the park dedicated to passive play areas, the design for Mt. Hebron Park includes trails, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, a baseball field, soccer fields, splash pad, a destination/accessible playground, a dog park, pavilions, and a large meeting hall.
