Rogers Public Library Logo

The Rogers Public Library is pleased to announce that curbside pickup services will be offered beginning Tuesday, May 26.  These services will be available Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Interested patrons must have a library card in good standing and place items on hold through one of three methods:  1) log into their account on the Rogers Public Library website (rogerspubliclibrary.org)  2)  call the Library at 479-621-1152 3) email the Library at [email protected].  Patrons placing holds through phone or email will need to provide their library card number.  All customary hold fees will be waived for this service.

Please allow 24 hours for staff to process hold items.  Staff will notify patrons via email, text, or phone call when materials are ready for pickup.  Patrons shall call the Library when they are on their way. Staff will verbally verify their library card number before picking up bagged hold items at the front entrance of the Library.  In order to ensure public safety, patrons will have no physical contact with staff.

The Library will also open drive-through book drops for patrons to return library materials.  Only one of three returns will be open each day on Monday – Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday – Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Book returns will remain closed on Sundays until further notice.  For the safety of staff and patrons, all items returned will be quarantined for 72 hours, and then back-dated when checked in, to make sure that patrons do not accrue late fines.

We look forward to serving you as we gradually return to normal!
