ADULT SOCCER TEAMS REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Players must be 18 years old by March 23, 2024 to participate in the league
Gold, Silver, & Bronze Open Division = $620 (2 payments of $310)
Over 35, Over 45, Co-Ed, Women’s Division = $300 (2 payments of $150.00)
TEAM FEES ARE DUE EACH SEASON (FALL and SPRING)
Registration Deadline/first payment March 5, 2024
1st payment, Roster, and players forms for at least 11 players will be accepted at registration
Second Payment Deadline: April 2, 2024
Final day to add players is April 23, 2024
No transactions for Adult soccer will be taken on March 19, 2024
Coaches meeting: March 21, 2024 @ 6:30 pm
- No Transfers - A player registered on a team must remain on that team for the entire season.
- No Refunds. No Exceptions.
- $30.00 returned check charge.
- $20.00 late fee will be accessed after deadline date.
ALL teams: must submit an official RAC roster; pay the team payment and the $45 player fee for each player on the roster before the deadline.
Rosters: must have 11 players with all information complete (except jersey Number) *Player must use their legal name or they could be denied for an insurance claim if injured.
New players/Player Additions: can be added to a roster after it is submitted IF there are openings on the roster (MONDAY-TUESDAY ONLY). There is a maximum of 22 players on a roster (15 max on Over 35 & Over 45 rosters). A player registration form and $45 must be paid for each new player. Any player who does NOT have a picture in www.missourisoccerassociation.sportsaffinity.com at the time of registration must upload one by Thursday at 8:30 pm in order to play in the weekend games. It is the Coach's responsibility to upload the player picture
Pictures: player who does NOT have a picture in Missourisoccerassociation.sportsaffinity.com at the time of registration must upload one by Thursday at 8:30 pm in order to play in the weekend games. (It is the Coach's responsibility to upload the players picture.) Pictures must be a close up of the face only. The training session regarding uploading pictures to the website will be March 21, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the RAC.
Virtual cards will be available before the first games on March 23, 2024.
Removing a player from a roster: can only be done by the Coach/Asst Coach/Manager named on the roster (ID will be required). Individual removing the player will sign player’s original registration form which officially removes the player from that teams roster. No money is refunded.
Coaches/Assistant Coaches/Managers who are also listed as players must pay the player registration fee. Coaches/assistant coaches/managers who are not players do not receive cards and are not charged a fee.
