We offer a curriculum that is based on the 7 Dimensions of Wellness to enhance our members' well-being.

The 7 Dimensions of Wellness are:

  • Environmental
  • Intellectual
  • Occupational
  • Physical
  • Social
  • Spiritual

Through our ever-changing programming, we help individuals 50 years of age and older actively age, improve their quality of life, and achieve whole-person wellness. Many of our classes do have additional fees associated. See our calendar (PDF) for more details.
