City of Rogers Planning and Permitting Portal

We have implemented a new Planning, Permitting, and Licensing portal to better serve you.  Start by pointing your browser at the portal page (https://permitting.rogersar.gov/publicportal/).

Because this system is completely new and improved, you will have to reestablish your online account.

Once your account is created and you have verified your email,  you can log in to your account.

To log out of the portal click on your username in the upper right corner and select "Log Out"

If you need to reset your password, click the "Forgot Password" button on the portal login page.  You will be sent password reset instructions to the email address you provided during registration.
