Community Development Block Grant
The City of Rogers, Arkansas is a participant in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, managed by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The city is awarded funds annually to carryout eligible activities that benefit extremely-low to moderate-low individuals and families and is a significant community development resource for the City of Rogers.

Conduct and Prepare Two Separate
2023-2027Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Reports
The City of Rogers and the City of Springdale are soliciting “Statements of Qualifications” (SOQ) from firms to conduct and prepare an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing for the City of Rogers, Arkansas and the City of Springdale, Arkansas at the same time. Firms interested in conducting and preparing this service must complete a SOQ submittal using the information contained in the SOQ packet. The SOQ process is intended to qualify consultants who will be contracting directly with the City of Rogers, Arkansas and the City of Springdale, Arkansas. If your firm is interested in conducting and preparing an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing for the two cities, the SOQ packet is available by U. S. Mail or emailing by contacting Donna Johnston at 479-621-1121, [email protected] or Dean Allen, 479-263-7024, [email protected] The packets are also located on both City’s websites, www.rogersar.gov or www.springdalear.gov. The SOQ submittal deadline is June 10, 2022, 5:00 PM. Submittals do not have to be submitted separately, but can be submitted to either the City of Rogers or the City of Springdale as long as the cost breakdown for each City is with the submittal.
